• Hired the consulting architecture team to build a Live OS app allowing consumers to pair up with and set desk-height preferences for Herman Miller’s first connected desk.

• Led the recruitment and hiring of the consulting design and architecture team for "The Complete Experience"—Sony Music’s Jimi Hendrix app—A new framework that introduced a way to publish content that supported interactive photos, videos, location detection, media-library integration, social media, device synchronization, in-app purchasing and a second-screen experience.
  

• Led the recruitment and hiring of a consulting design and architecture team for Complete Genomics, to build a cloud native platform "The Genos"—allowing users to get sequenced, explore their genetic data, share that data with friends, and engage with researchers. Genos set itself apart from the competition through simplicity, data privacy, data portability, and ability to sequence your whole genome.
